I got a letter in the mail last week while I was on vacation from “The Christian Studies Center.” Apparently, they will be offering courses on specific Christian themes from world-renown professors at an affordable cost, and, get this, the courses count as college credits. The courses will be offered on the University of Kentucky’s campus, and one of the professors was one of my favorites from seminary, Dr. Jonathan Pennington. This is a great opportunity. Let me just say that by endorsing this I am not endorsing every teacher or everything that will be taught. I’m certainly not endorsing Rob Bell, who is featured on their website as a Skype guest. But this does provide an exciting opportunity to think deeply about theology and the gospel, and get college credits for it! You can learn more here. Non-students can audit classes for $100.
